You accepted this policy and consented to such collection, storage and use when you signed up for our service. We may amend this policy at any time by posting a revised version on our website. How we collect information about you

When you visit the Shinco Consulting Group website or contact us, we collect your personal and financial information.

Before permitting you to use our service, we may require you to provide additional information we can use to verify your identity. In order to manage risk we may ask additional information such as address, or date of birth. We may even obtain information about you from third parties.

Finally, we may collect additional information from or about you in other ways not specifically described here.

Log Files

Like most standard website servers we use log files. This includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information.

 

Choice/Opt-out
Our users are given the opportunity to 'opt-out' of having their information used for purposes not directly related to our site or not mentioned in this website privacy policy at the point where we ask for information. In addition, users who no longer wish to receive our email communications may opt-out of receiving these communications by replying to unsubscribe information contained in the email.

·         customize, measure, and improve our services and the content and layout of our website;

·         send you targeted marketing, service update notices, and promotional offers

·         compare information for accuracy and verify it with third parties.

 

How we share personal information

To process your request, we need to share some of your personal information with third parties including but not limited to Profit / Non for Profit Organizations, Governmental, Non-Governmental, Credit Reporting, Collection Agencies, and even Financial Institutions or call centers that you or we are dealing with. Your contact or other necessary information will therefore be shared with third parties, persons or companies that you or we are dealing with. 

 

We work with other third parties to enable your case to be completed by Shinco Consulting Group. In doing so, those third parties may share all information about you with us, even your email address, when you attempt to finalize the transaction. We use this information to confirm to the third parties that you are a Shinco Consulting Group customer and that they should enable us to obtain information about you. Please note that third parties that you contract with have their own privacy policies, and Shinco Consulting Group may not be held responsible for their operations, including, but not limited to, their information practices.

We will not disclose your credit card number or bank account number to anyone except with your express permission or if we are required to do so to comply with a subpoena or other legal process.

How we share personal information with other parties

We may share your personal information with:

·         Service providers under contract who help with our business operations including but not limited to fraud prevention, bill collection, marketing, technology services, Profit / Non for Profit Organizations, Governmental, Non-Governmental, Credit Reporting, Collection Agencies, and even Financial Institutions, processing companies, call centers. Our contracts dictate that these service providers only use your information in connection with the services they perform for us and not for their own benefit.

·         Banking and Financial partners as required by credit card Agreement rules and regulations or for inclusion on their list of terminated parties (in the event that you meet their criteria which includes having Shinco Consulting Group service refusal due to your breach of the Shinco Consulting Group User Agreement).

·         Companies that we plan to merge with or be acquired by. (Should such a combination occur, we will require that the new combined entity follow this privacy policy with respect to your personal information. If your personal information is to be used contrary to this policy, you will send prior notice).

·         Law enforcement, government officials, or other third parties when

    • we are compelled to do so by a subpoena, court order or similar legal procedure
    • we need to do so to comply with law
    • we believe in good faith that the disclosure of personal information is necessary to prevent physical harm or financial loss, to report suspected illegal activity, or to investigate violations of our User Agreement.

·         Other third parties with your consent or direction to do so. Please note that these third parties may be in other countries where the laws on processing personal information may be less stringent than in your country.

Shinco Consulting Group will not sell or rent any of your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes and only shares your personal information with third parties as described in this policy.
